    Booking policy

    1. Information needed.

    We need your full name and the name and address of your hotel in Morocco to book a tour with us.

    2. Payment.

    A deposit of 25% of the total price is required to confirm your booking.

    The rest of the payment is due at the beginning of the tour, either cash in euros or dirhams, or via paypal at least a day before.

    3. Confirmation of the booking.

    The booking will be confirmed after receiving all the information stated above as well as the deposit. We will send you a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp).

    4. Cancelation

    Free cancellation is possible until 10 days before the tour. After this date, we will consider the deposit your cancellation fee.
